I have to stop externally pronating (haha, doesn’t that sound funny?) Apparently it means you walk on the outside of your foot. At least, that’s what my friend that works at a health food store says and that means she’s pretty much a doctor. Like, there’s Doctor, health food store employee, web md, and then a nurse or something. So I’m taking her word for it.
